My dream has always been to become a doctor. After completing my bachelor degree in Nairobi, I decided to pursue advanced studies somewhere in Europe. However, the prices there were too high for my family to afford accommodation and tuition fees. A almost decided to abandon my plans when I met an agent of a Ukrainian company in my hometown, who advised me to look for academic opportunities in Ukraine instead.
Eventually, I was accepted to the medical university in Kharkov (Eastern Ukraine). However, the university also informed me that there were certain complications with my student visa, and said that unless I would have finalized the formalities until a certain deadline, my enrolment would be revoked.
One of my friends advised me to ask Ukrainian Immigration Bureau for advice. Guys from this company contacted the Embassy in Nairobi, helping me to schedule an appointment and having my documents accepted. It took almost half a year to get my temporary residence permit, but finally, it was all over.
Today, I am a sophomore in the medical university, and I am very much indebted to Valentine personally and other specialists of the Ukrainian Immigration Bureau, who helped me to get residence here, and also who made a good discount for me.
